1. Welcome
These terms apply to your use of the Domex Lawn Care website and mobile app (collectively, "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service lets you browse our plants and services, request quotes, attach photos, and (optionally) keep an account that tracks your past requests. The Service itself is free to use. Quotes for actual lawn care work are separate and are agreed to between you and Domex directly — typically by email, phone, or text after you submit a request.
3. The Service is free; lawn care services are not
Submitting a quote request through the app or website does not commit you to anything. You'll receive a quote, and only if you accept it (separately, in writing or by message confirmation) will any work begin and any payment be due. Pricing, scope of work, and payment terms are agreed to outside the Service.
4. Account and accuracy of information
If you create an optional account in the app, you're responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and for the security of your sign-in. We use email magic-link sign-in (no passwords), so keep your email account secure.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote. We rely on this information to give you a fair price.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit fake, abusive, or spam quote requests
- Upload photos that don't belong to you, that contain other people without their consent, or that contain illegal content
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service to harass our employees
We may decline service or close accounts that violate these rules.
6. Photos you upload
When you upload photos as part of a service request (e.g., photos of your yard), you grant Domex a limited, non-exclusive license to use those photos solely for the purpose of preparing your quote and performing the requested service. We don't claim ownership of your photos. We don't post them publicly without your separate written permission.
7. Quotes and pricing
Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you provide and our visual assessment. The final price may change if conditions on-site differ from what was described. We'll always confirm any change with you before doing additional work that affects the price.
8. Service warranty
Lawn care services performed by Domex are warranted as described in your specific service agreement. The Service (the app and website) is provided "as is" — we make no warranties about uptime, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will always be available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domex's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid Domex in the 12 months prior to the claim. This does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited under Florida law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that harms our business or other users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. For material changes, we'll notify active app account holders via email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
